This family found their own building lot. We got together with them on the 2,200 sq. ft. floor plan, and here we're just starting to frame it up.

Now we're making a small plan change to move a partition wall. This was to enlarge a bedroom.

All the trusses are up and then we applied the roof sheeting and shingles. After the plumbing and electrical were roughed in, the owner installed the insulation themselves to save money.

We completed the siding and exterior trim and painting, leaving the owner a dry, weather-tight shell. They then completed all of the interior wall and floor covering and trim themselves. Our part of this project took about 8 weeks.
