This family really liked their house and the neighborhood it was in, but were outgrowing it. There wasn't really anywhere to add on the two bedrooms and bath that they wanted, so we built up!

We removed the roof over the 3-car garage, framed in a floor and stairway to the ground floor, and built an 1,110 sq. ft. addition, during which the family was able to remain in the house.

In the 1,100 sq. ft., we were able to fit two nice sized bedrooms and a full bathroom, which gave them a lot more room for their expanding family. This allowed them to stay in the home and neighborhood they loved.
